This story is disturbing, but what i find even more disturbing is the fact that people actually think this child, yes he committed a horrible crime should be put to death. Where the freak was his mother at, my girls have the same age difference between them and I wouldn't leave them alone long enough for something like this to happen. I think that he should be put into a pysch unit for a very long time, and the mother should be the one to face the justice system. We live in a messed up world where other adults want to condemn children to the death penalty.
From what I have read he has hurt his little brother before but the mother still allowed this to go on. Still allowed them to be alone together. In my mind she is more to blame than him.
Hopefully this boy can get the help he needs.

That is EXACTLY what I have been saying! I am a mother also, and this type of story just absolutely breaks my heart. These poor children...they never stood a chance.

Interesting how much we are in denial anout individual propensity to violence.. Get educated before you blog.. Its not just the mother.. Its a system of child neglect.. He was a child of rape when his mom was 12 and the system "re unified".. Not every family. Can be rehabilitated.. He has free will and knew what he did to all his victims..
clearly you are a perfect mother.. I would never be proud to toot my horn that my spouse is in prison what does that say about your judgement..

I would suggest you read the entire blog, never once have I said that every family can be rehabilitated..Nor have I ever said I was proud of my husband being in prison. I'm not proud of that fact, though it is what it is..It says nothing about my judgement other than I am a loving person,who takes her vows "for better or worse" seriously. And I'm a forgiving person, everyone makes mistakes...
