Trying to get into shape

Most of you know I've been on a weight loss journey this year, which will probably carry over into next year as well..But now I need to add some steady exercise to it, b/c I had to walk to my moms the other day to borrow her car (my fuel pump is out and who knows when that will be affordable for me to fix it) and it was only 1 1/4 miles but shew it let me know I"m out of shape lol. So I started following this program in my weight loss group if anyone wants to join in.

And I'm still taking my skinny fiber and losing inches.  :)

I'll do a more serious update when I have more than a couple of minutes :)
