But I do have more good news I've lost several inches this week. My measurements right now are waist 41, chest 42, neck 13.5, hips 44, thighs 22.25/22.75 total inches are 185.5
That is a difference from last week waist -2, chest -2, hips -1, thighs .75/.25 neck 0 total -6 inches...That to me is amazing. I can't wait to see what the next week brings.
I started walking this morning, did a mile and felt like crap lol I am not really active in working out just chasing a hyper preschooler around. But I am going to keep that up, hopefully and I only ate around 625 today and stuck strictly to the protocol. I won't be able to weigh myself tomorrow so friday I am hoping for some major weight loss.
