March's Fitness challenge

I bought a new scale, so I"m not sure how much I actually weigh but as of the beginning of this month am down a total of nine pounds since 1/1...So that is a plus.

I plan on walking a mile daily, doing some light arm exercises on the evenings that I work and the bicycle crunch challenge
