Weight loss update

Most of you know I'm on an ongoing with my weight. Since July though I have lost 21 pounds, averaging about 4.5 pounds each month.

I did have to get a new outfit together for my update pics, not real thrilled with them but can't wait to see the change in them in the months to come.

This month and next here is my plan (a little more work, but I am going to the beach the first week in august so I'm really wanting to lose a little extra and tone up some more) I'm going to cycle between low carb and low calorie. And do 30 minutes of total body work and 30 minutes of cardio at least 3 days a week, really aiming for 5. Youtube has some great videos, and since i"m cheap this works out good for me..
